I had a doctor who pushed this idea when I was a kid, long before I ever heard of Andy Cutler - he insisted my mother wake me in the night for a dose of antibiotics. When I had endometriosis pain, taking pain-killers at the half-life was very important to prevent recurrence of pain. Don't know the half-lives of the stuff you mention, but I know it helps to take GABA pretty often. I've been messing around with it - and learned it is much better to take it regularly and often (4 times a day, every day) than irregularly and infrequently. --
