Is their any value in taking our other supplements according to their half life?

Like taurine and GABA and histidine etc.

If so does any one know the half lives of these substances?

Paying attention to half-life definitely makes a difference

with pain-killers and antibiotics in my experience. I had a

doctor who pushed this idea when I was a kid, long before

I ever heard of Andy Cutler - he insisted my mother wake me

in the night for a dose of antibiotics.

When I had endometriosis pain, taking pain-killers at the

half-life was very important to prevent recurrence of pain.

Don't know the half-lives of the stuff you mention, but I know

it helps to take GABA pretty often. I've been messing around

with it - and learned it is much better to take it regularly

and often (4 times a day, every day) than irregularly and

infrequently.
