Guest guest
There is always rice pasta! There are alternatives! I also have a good recipe to make gluten free chicken tenders! I make them with tapioca flour! I used to work in a health food store and we made many gluten free treats. Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year. Guest guest
Potato flour is also a really good alternative. Really good in baked goods, too, if you can't use the real thing. ~~ Re: Gluten Free ?'s There is always rice pasta! There are alternatives! Guest guest
Chelle, I've actually found a ton of tasty gluten-free alternatives, you just have to shop around and know your stuff. What convinced me to finally take it seriously was my testing, which showed I was SEVERELY deficient in vitamins and at risk for osteoperosis (at age 26!) because the gluten destroys your intestines ability to absorb nutrients. NOT WORTH IT. =) Melinda
