There is always rice pasta! There are alternatives! I also have a good recipe to make gluten free chicken tenders! I make them with tapioca flour!

I used to work in a health food store and we made many gluten free treats. Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

Potato flour is also a really good alternative. Really good in baked goods, too, if you can't use the real thing.

Chelle,

I've actually found a ton of tasty gluten-free alternatives, you just

have to shop around and know your stuff. What convinced me to finally

take it seriously was my testing, which showed I was SEVERELY deficient

in vitamins and at risk for osteoperosis (at age 26!) because the

gluten destroys your intestines ability to absorb nutrients. NOT WORTH

IT. =)
