I had to start hydrocortisone in very small doses to adjust to it.

I don't know if you have the same problem, but it may be worth

trying. I started with 1/4 capsule. After a few days I could

take half a capsule and then a full capsule. I still had some

symptoms as I increased the dose, but starting low helped.
