Guest guest
Hi, I have not tried Enymedica(they make Virastop) brand enzymes in the past and wonder if I would have any better luck with them than I had with other plant/fungi derived enzymes tried in the past. I need help with digestion and I believe viruses as well. Thought it best to start with digestion. Previously took Transformation brand enzymes. Protease, digestive, and high lipase trying one at a time. All were a disaster. They caused my face to swell, eyes swelled closed and skin sloughed off face and eyelids. Don't know if there was an allergic reaction to the plant based enzymes in general or that I am so toxic that I just cannot handle enzymes at all, even at low dose.Chelated weekly (3 on 4 off) with ALA 25mg q3h. for one year and then adrenals tanked and chelation for the next year was q2weeks or once a month. Could not tolerate GSE, Caprylic acid, probiotics, etc. for yeast control, all of which caused diarrhea which did not abate. Tried Lauricidin in early summer and started feeling better. (over a 4 week period increased dose to 5 pellets 3 times a day). All of a sudden had fever, sweats, and canker sores all over tongue. Discontinued Lauricidin. When better did chelation cycle and shortly after had severe contact dermatitis(probably poison ivy) and tripled HC dose from 25mg (maintenance dose for adrenal support) to 75mg. It has been 6 weeks now and I no longer tolerate the HC at all or a number of my other supplements including coconut oil. My guts are a mess. Having severe MCS(27 years) makes it difficult to figure out what to do, as I have a negative reaction to most things. I thought trying a digestive enzyme might be a place to start in trying to get back to where I was before the viruses and contact dermatitis. BTW- vitamin C, regardless of what form it's in, makes me crazy, literally. Is it possible it causes die-off? Currently I am considering trying ARG/Nutricology Pancreas Glandulars or Pure Encapsulations Pancreatin. These are not as broad spectrum as plant base enzymes, but I don't know where else to start. Any insight as to where I might " begin again " would be appreciated!! Thanks, Gladioli
