Guest guest
Hey Harry! I told you that something good could come out of Canada! Smile! My mom used to make it, but unfortunately, I don't have the recipe! I love it on toast, and once in a while, I will have half a banana with the Nutella. out of Canada comes Nutella It is available in grocery stores like Publix and Krogers. Guest guest
Hello, all, |But isn't Nutella loaded with sugar? I used to love it but thought I couldn't have it any more. Should I high-tail it to the store to buy some? Dotty

Guest guest
Remember, sugar isn't necessarily a restricted food. You're living in the dark ages by thinking this. We can enjoy foods with sugar, but we need to allow for them. This is done by, for instance, skipping that potatoes or roll, or rice, or whatever with your meal, and then enjoying a desert or even this chocolate product being discussed. Or, if you will be performing some exercise, or going for a long walk. And we should not substitute sugar for more healthier carbohydrates too often. Again, sugar is not a bad word as long as you understand when to have it, and when not to. Guest guest
Some brands may have more sugar than others so some may have more carbs. I don’t know what they used for the carb guide. They didn’t give a brand.
