congratulations to me

hitoday at hospital my weight came in at 28bmi so theyare sending the letter off for transplant evaluation to start. (bmi was 35 in nov).i have been putting in a very big effort over the lastfour weeks as i couldn't bear to go and not be there again. ive been eating loads of salad and soup and doing my pulm rehab exercises every day (sometimes it takes me 3hrs as i might go for a wee sleep in between).next stage looming omg....may uip 0606glasgow, scotland

May ... I want to say hi to you. I read your posts and pretty much keep up with you and others but I'm not posting much. Right now we're dealing w/ triple digit weather... Yuck!

we've had rain for a fortnight.

we had some nice days at the end of may

and some nice days mid july and thats our

summer. just as well we are used to using

bottled tans. i dont think i could cope

with three digit weather.

May WOW you are just toooo smart for words. If I lost 5 pounds I would be doing a happy dance.Keep up the good work and keep us posted.. I am jealous.. Congrats.
