Guest guest
Black Cohosh in the form of Remifemin, which is standardized, is very good. It also does not contain or stimulate estrogen. Also, Progest cream (transdermal). Often it is actually a lack of progesterone that causes hot flashes. My understanding from a friend who had breast cancer is that Progest cream is good to use for BC survivors who are avoiding estrogen. Emerita brand is a good one.
