Guest guest
When I stop a round, would it be okay to take a lower dose of DMSA for the last dose? For example, I am taking 25 mg DMSA, can I take 12.5 mg at the next time to lesson the effects of stopping it, or will that do more harm? Thanks Olif

TK--- not recommended as it should cause more redistribution but a few people do it [they say] with less side effects. This will be a personal decision. If you do it and it [consistently] helps let us know. Guest guest
" TK--- not recommended as it should cause more redistribution but a few people do it [they say] with less side effects. " TK, can you please explain how reducing the last dose should cause more redistribution? This is my first round, and I am rather high at 25 mg, so I might try reducing the last dose, because I am worried about getting bad side effects. I don't want to do it if it is likely to redistribute more... I can't believe how well I am doing. :-) I hope my next round goes this well, but it looks like I can't count on that! TK--- you might either way, it is common after a round I don't want to do it if it is likely to redistribute more... TK--- the people that have tried reducing the last dose or two do not post on results consistently so it is unknown if they are still getting the same results or not, many things change during chelation. > > I can't believe how well I am doing. :-) I hope my next round goes this well, but it looks like I can't count on that! TK--- you may be one of the lucky ones that actually does better while chelating which is good, you can do longer rounds possibly. > > Thanks, > Olif > >
