But for some weeks now, I've been very groggy and draggy in the am. Very tired, can't get going until after my second dose of HC and thyroid. And my mid to late afternoon, I'm wiped out again. Exhaustion. I'm up to 30 mg HC so if that was going to help it should have done by now or so I think. sol
Guest guest
Sol, Are your temps stable? What time are you taking your first dose of HC? I'm wondering because I'm thinking of having my dh wake me up before he leaves for work so I can take mine and see if it helps me get going easier in the mornings. I may wait until I get my temps stable to try it though. Cherie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
I think it depends on the individual. Cheri is at 35 mg and still working on getting her temps stable. And I'm pretty sure that they can get wonky during dosage increases. Cherie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
