Hello,

My name is Carol. I have three daughters with lyme

disease. Through all my research I discovered that

many with lyme have mercury issues. SO, through my

research I found out about the Cutler Protocol etc.

I did the hair tests for all three of my daughters and

myself. I bought 's book so I was able to figure

out that three out of the four of us meet two of the

counting rules.

The one counting rule we all had in common was the LOW

minerals. Too many on the left side ..

YET, non of us showed any mercury on the toxic

elements section....not even a speck. :) ( well, one

had a speck :) )

SO, how do I know if we just have a mineral issue and

not really mercury?

I was talking to an elderly Bowen practioner this

morning about some things do do for my daughters. (

someone recommended this to me)

He told me mercury is over dx. He told me that I could

not pass mercury to my babies in utero. ( I was a

dental assistant for several years when I was in high

school, college for my dad)

I am working with a Nurse Practioner that works with

The CP. In fact she knows him personally. I flew to a

different state so I could get the best possible help.

So, it's not like I am not trying..arghhh

My daughter will be starting the dmps ( or whatever it

is) this week..25mg every 8 hours for several months

before we start the ALA.

Will it hurt my daughter if she does not have mercuy

and does the chelating?? argh..

So, I know I will get many different opinions on many

different things. I just want to do the right thing.

What are some things I should watch for when she

starts the chelating? She is already on cortisol...low

dose and thyroid. She is supplementing vitamin D etc

according to blood tests done by the Dr. in WA.

Okay, any advice would be so welcome. If anyone can

share experiences with me. Did anyone else have NO

mercury yet mineral issues that was helped with

chelating?

Thank you so much!!!

Carol W.

TK--- frank Hg does not have to show up for one to be toxic, follow

the counting rules and look for squed mineral absorbtion

TK--- 25mg is a lot to start with and I would strongly sugest

starting with a lower dosage 10mg, you cna always increae it later

but starting too hiogh can cause serious side effects and problems.

Much safer to start low and increase slowly - Please read through the

general suggestions for starting in the files section here -
