You are taking oral progesterone, correct? If this doesn't help the migraines,

it might be worth trying prog cream instead, I have seen the cream be of great

help with headaches. I don't know WHY the cream would work better for headaches

than the oral, but sometimes it does.

iron or not. I am supposed to double up on my daily vitamin that she gave me, so

perhaps she is covering that there. I am hoping these migraines are related to

the RT3 or the progesterone might help. I've been miserable for about a year and

a half. I've been on the progesterone for 9 days and am still having headaches.

I have horrible migraines about 3-4 days a week. I guess I just expect things to

get better over night and I have to give it time.

converting into RT3 instead of T3. And what RT3 does is, it blocks the receptors

so T3 can't enter your cells and so this is what is making you feel so ill.

Unfortunately armour contains T4 and T4 is the pro hormone for RT3 and so what I

think you probably need to do is actually go onto T3 only.

Have you had your ferritin tested?
