Morning Fatigue / Blood Tests

I am taking T3 only in hopes of lowering my RT3.

Right now I am 75 mcg a day - 1/2 tablets at 6am, 9am, Noon, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm

with no hyper symptoms. I will be increasing starting tomorrow.

My biggest struggle is getting out of bed in the morning. Any suggestions? How

close to bedtime can I take my last T3? Does taking more at bedtime make it

last longer? until morning? Should I always take even doses throughout the day

or can I start the day with a larger dose?

I know the time release is not very reliable but I wonder about taking one right

before I go to bed. I wouldn't be eating or drinking anything and maybe it

would be able to time release correctly over night. maybe?

Also, should I have any blood tests while I am working through this or just go

off symptoms alone?

If I do schedule a blood test, do I take T3 that day? (I read that suddenly

stopping T3 can cause a coma so I am hesitant to skip any doses.)

Thanks for any suggestions anyone can offer!

from Wisconsin : )
