I have been introducing the following supplements since about 10 days

ago. Since this morning I have had a wretched stomach, with very

tender, sore lower right gut (I have Crohn's with 2 surgeries - this

is usually a symptom of inflammation in my case). Anything I eat

(applesauce, sauteed chicken breasts, carrot & lime juice, crackers,

cheese) is going right through me. I have had diarrhea at least 8-10

times since the morning. And my stomach burns like crazy! Is it the

supplements?

This was my morning dose spread over an hour or so before breakfast.

L-Lysine (500mg , 1 pill)

L-Arginine (500 mg , 2 pills)

Glysine (500 mg , 1 pill)

Molybdenum (1 ml)

Zinc (30 mg , 1 pill)

Selenium (Selenate & selenomethionine) (30 mg , 1 pill)

Betaine Plus (650 mg (496 Betaine, 140 mg Pepsin), 1 pill)

Glucosamine (250 mg , 1 pill)

Glutamine (250 mg , 1 pill)

Milk Thistle (1 pill)

Co - Q 10 ( 30 mg , 1 pill)

Cat's Claw ( 500 mg , 1 pill)

Pro DHA ( 500 mg, 1 pill)

Folinic Acid ( 2 pills)

Tridophilus ( 2 pills)

Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium as Oligoelements liquid - 30 cc

I am worried that my Crohn's is in a flare. I am also due for my

period any day now, but I usually have just a slightly sensitive

stomach - nothing like this.
