Guest guest
Before I knew I had a mercury issue I started getting migraines after moving from sea level to Denver. It started with blurry vision and would proceed to the migraine. I learned that if I drank a liter of water when the vision changes began that I could avoid the migraine each time. Yesterday we went up in elevation by about 1000 ft to meet some friends. My daughter didn't want to drink anything for a few hours and was playing outside. When we got into the car to go home I noticed that her lips were chapped which is always a sign for both of us of dehydration. I had her drink something immed. By the time we got back home her stomach pain - gastritis (which had almost resolved over the past two weeks) was severe again when she ate and her gastric motility had slowed again. My only guess was that in her dehydrated state her blood was more concentrated and also all its components including the mercury. I gave her a lot of hydration yesterday and she was fine this morning with her stomach pain and motility. Has anyone else had and experience like this? Thanks, Moneca
