could u help with HC cream?

I have HC Cream 1/2%(compare to Cortaid)wt 1 OZ 28.4g)

I need 2.5 mg to add to my morning doese of 5 mg capsule. How much of

teaspoonful i need of that to have 2.5 mg?

I need also to get elemented Iron as u recomended, but Health food

store have only 10 mg in liquid, i need 200mg...what brand i should

look for?

1/2% is the same as .5% and would be double the doses od 1% cream. So

1/2 tsp would equal 10mg, 1/4 tsp equals 5mg, n 1/8tsp equals 2.5mg.
