l really think that even with sublingual food is still an issue as who knows

how much of the sublingual dose actually goes right down the throat into the

stomach with the food.....so even with sublingual space it away from

eating....Val

**************Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape.

Yes, split your dose. Take first thing in morning to help you wake

up, and then take second dose about 6 hours later to carry you

through the day. I raised by adding 1/4/week with first dose at

breakfast, 2nd at lunch, 3rd at dinner, and 4th at bedtime. So after

4 weeks, you've got 24-hour coverage. Then I went around again and

increased breakfast dose, etc. I would take your dose BEFORE the

meal since thyroid helps with digestion.

Let me get back to you on this. There is something that is supposed to be

separated from iron - I think it is vitamin E but I'll check further and get

back to you.

Re: timing of armour doses

Thanks for the info Val and . I have been operating under the

assumption that as you say I can take the armour sublingually, then

take the iron with vit. C. Do you happen to know anything about

taking iron close to other minerals like calcium and magnesium,

selenium etc.? I've been skipping alot of my supplements lately just

cuz I am prioritizing the iron and C at this time. But I know I

really need to regularly take my mag, vit D, and calcium so i've got

to get with the program and figure it out!

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy

enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright
