Guest guest
Ok, am I the only one who can't chelate during " that time of the month " ? I tried again and I only use 6 mg. of dmps but I felt awful so I quit after a day. Wonder why that happens?
Guest guest
My suspicion (as others have also noted previously on this site-- see the old messages) is that metals are released during your period. This would make sense given that many mercury poisoned women complain about bad PMS (your body holds everything in) and then heavy periods (your body expels everything). One of the 3-day cylces I chose to chelate was right before my period. I have to say the PMS is not pleasant (but it never has been anyway), yet it seems to be worth it: I have noticed that I have MORE improvements to note after those cycles than after the cycles I have done in " normal " times. I truly believe the chelation right before my period helps trigger the expulsion of the metals-- there is a noticable difference for me after those cycles! I have no proof of this other than my anecdotal evidence. I am interested what other women have to say about this topic-- should chelation be planned in accordance with the menstrual cycle? seashell_555 seashell_555@...> wrote: Ok, am I the only one who can't chelate during " that time of the month " ? Guest guest
Hi, I did one round co-inciding with my monthlies, and I got such bad headaches that I stopped a day early. I have 3 kids to manage including one with severe issues so that was my excuse..(had to pretend to still be a good mum which I couldn't do). The next month I finished the round just a few days before my monthlies and I did have one day of severe pain then was fine. I have had similar discussions with other women who, like you guys, have either really bad PMS or heavy/quick/short periods after the round. One woman commented that she figured the Hg was stressing the endocrine system in a huge way and that we were " feeling it " . I do regular (quick) water enemas during rounds and I strongly feel that is helping clear the decks, I always feel heaps better afterwards. Do clay footbaths if my soles of my feet get itchy - usually in the afternoons/evenings, and am going to try footsies during chelation as well. One group I'm on claims children doing ALA have the kids much more settled if the footsies are used mid-->end of round (especially if behaviour deteriorates). Either way, we know we're doing our bodies a favour in getting the toxins out. na > Ok, am I the only one who can't chelate during " that time of the > month " ?
