burning in rectal area and vagina

Does anyones burning radiate from their vagina to their anus? I am sitting here, and the pain is going from front to back. My pt said my levator ani muscles are in spasm and I guess the pudendal nerve is effected.

Sometimes mine does. In my case I think it's hemmoroids in the rectal area.
