Guest guest
I know you're looking for a supplement but might I suggest carrots? I think 270% of your RDA per serving. > > Hi, > I am looking for a vitamin A supplement to replace the one I am taking > (Freeda-dry). Guest guest
Well, I wish it was that simple, but carrots do not contain vitamin A, but contain provitamin A which the body must convert. Many with mercury toxicity are unable to do so or do it poorly. If I take beta carotene, in food or supplement, my vitamin A levels remain below the reference range and the beta carotene creates another set of problems as well. This is why finding a vitamin A supplement I can tolerate is imperative. My body just falls apart without it. Guest guest
Kirkman Labs has " mycelized " Vitamin A drops. Bad tasting, but worth it. Joanne
