Guest guest
I'm with you, on the foods issue. Isn't it true that it's the homocysteine levels that show whether you can eat sulphur foods? Mine is low, so I'm assuming it's ok, even desirable for me. Is that the case? Perhaps you should get your levels tested? NJ Sulphur foods - any signs? Are there any signs and symptoms associated with having a problem with sulphur foods? I haven't tried the exclusion diet because these (milk and cheese) are pretty basic daily foods for me. I also eat eggs pretty frequently and all of the sulphur veggies rank among my favorites. So trying to avoid them all for a week seems like an extreme punishment unless I have some actual reason to suspect them. So, are there any indicators? Are there any people like me (who like/love everything on the list) who then find out they have a problem with sulphur foods?

TK--- for some it can be, for others that are low like me it doesn't matter it is still a problem.
