Guest guest
Hi André, hair test 73. http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html I find this hair test very hard to read, but I'll try give a few pointers. I don't know if you fulfil the counting rules. What I can see is that your adrenals and thyroid are FAR out of range. Adrenaline production is very, very low. Far out of range. - If Less than 1 the body can't make enough adrenaline leads to poor mood and energy (supplement with tyrosine, trimethylglycine (TMG - 1500-3000mg/day), folic acid, B6, B12. pg 114 HTI The thyroid is even more out of range with undetectable levels of potassium. This suggests follow-up testing with adrenals and thyroid saliva tests. (forgive me if I can't remember if you have. Bit busy to check up now). Your molybdenum is very low and deserves supplementation: Supplement if in low end of range - 1000mcg. You could be having a problem with sufur foods (molybdenum is needed in the enzyme that metabolises them). A sulfur exclusion diet is suggested to confirm. Selenium is also low. Could be why you are battling with your thyroid. Selenium is used up to protect against mercury. Need it to convert T4 -T3 - so can be cause of hypothyroidism. Poor T4 to T3 conversion can also be due to slow liver phase 1 . Low selenium can increase toxic effects of arsenic and mercury - it inactivates mercury. HTI126. Supplement selenium (selenomethione form 200-400mcg) and also natural form of Vitamin E (800IU/day). Lithium is low and this is one of the most common clues of hidden mercury poisoning in a hair test. Take 15-30mg Lithium Orotate (or Lithium Aspartate) per day with meals. Mercury goes down in hair when people get poisoned enough. So usually the worse a person is poisoned, or rather the more chronic, the more mercury has been trapped in the brain and organs and the less is coming out. I would say this could easily be the test of a mercury toxic person and looks at a glance to ful-fill the counting rules, but because it is from a different lab I can't be sure. Hope that helps. An extra comment outside the protocol below. Dean Please note the following comment is not from Andy Cutlers work. It is included to help you with a little more info Dr " Alarm stage of stress - elevated sodium and potassium levels with low calcium and magnesium levels The latter Exhaustion stage of stress - elevated calcium and magnesium levels with low sodium and potassium levels " In the case of four lows - Sodium and potassium levels are decreased, indicating a state of adrenal exhaustion. However, calcium and magnesium are low, indicating an alarm reaction. So this pattern represents a combination of the stages of stress in a sense. In fact, one is exhausted, but remains in an alarm stage of stress. " " It is an ineffective alarm stage of stress in that the adrenal and thyroid glands do not respond as they should normally. Guest guest
Thanks a lot for all your great info! > Selenium is also low. Could be why you are battling with your thyroid. I know my T4->T3 conversion is not good. Regular doctors only measure TSH and T4; those where relatively ok. My T3 was once measures by my alternative doctor; it was too low... > Lithium is low and this is one of the most common clues of hidden mercury poisoning in a hair test. Take 15-30mg Lithium Orotate (or Lithium Aspartate) per day with meals. In the netherlands in seems as if I can only get Lithium in amounts up to 400 mcg; so I would need to take about 40 pills each time... Is this because of stricter regulation in my country? I once imported (illegally) Lithium Carbonate 300mg, but I have not used it long term. I do also not know whether that form of Lithiums (carbonate) is ok for me... > > Mercury goes down in hair when people get poisoned enough. Today I received Andy's book! Agian, Dean: thank you.
