Guest guest
Hi Deborah: The curly hair is a rare result of low thyroid. I love the wavy hair and the body it gives my hair. Funny, it used to be dead straight, almost like Asian hair. It was very hard to curl, in fact, when I had it styled in the hair salon it wouldn't hold for long! http://www.drrind.com/scorecardmatrix.asp I am desperate over my fatigue, and I have tryed many many things, this is my 3rd day on cortisol, I am using the over the counter isocort and I am following the schedule so I am only on 2,5mg of cortisol, and I felt a difference inmediatly! I can't wait to go up the dosage, I feel more relaxed, I have more energy, I feel less anxious and it is just a minimal dose. But I have had low adrenals for a very long time, lets see, I am 41, and at the age of 10 I noticed something happening, I lost my sweet tooth and started craving salt, a lot. Ah, the adrenals where talking to me even back then. Plus my blood pressure was sooo low that at 16 a doc told me he didn't even know how I was able to get out of bed and stand up, and wondered that my body had adapted to it. Not to mention my being always a very poor and picky eater, as a toddler, maybe caused by the vaccines? I was extremely thin. So my mother worried a lot and got me lots of vitamin shots, laced with thimerosal? And like I mentioned, I found my first grey at 16th, while I also found my mother's first grey and she was 35! I still remember the scream she let go when I pulled hers out! Raquel > > Hi Raquel > > Your email really hit home - especially the stuff about your hair.
