The sun can do this as it causes an increase in vitamin D production which can make you feel mellow and sleepy. As for dmsa making you sensitive to skin color changes from the sun, I haven't read that, but we are all different. It could also be that the ozone is shot! I know that I now tan/burn a lot faster than I did 10 years ago. Also, mercury and metals can do strange things, your moving them around right now, so anything it possible. Mercury does in itself cause photosensitivity, but usually that meaning sensitive to bright light. After about an hour's > nap, he got up and now he is abnormally tanned.
