Guest guest
I have been able to bring my husband's blood pressure down by giving him fresh vegetable juices every day, magnesium, and cod liver oil. Celery is the major ingredient in the vegetable juices (I think that celery has been shown to reduce blood pressure, but I would have to search to find where I heard that). I add small amounts of carrot, apple, ginger to make it taste better. I have an inexpensive 'juiceman' juicer that has been working for several years. There are many other models on the market that would be satisfactory to prepare fresh juices. Some people who are extremely deficient in magnesium have to start low with supplementation and increase slowly. Taking small doses 4 times a day is an excellent way to build up gradually. Also using MgSO4 cream or MgCl oil and taking lots of epsom salt baths. Do you supplement magnesium, how much and how often? What other supplements are you taking now? The only thing that I can suggest that may help with control of allergy symptoms is avoidance of your major allergens. An allergist could determine the air borne allergens that you are sensitive using skin tests. Most allergists will recommend various measures to control the air quality in the home. Food allergies can be determined by IgE IgG food panels. Guest guest
Hi Bent If i remember rightly you were hypothyroid. Hypothyroid causes low and high blood pressure and cant be corrected unless your hypothyroidism is corrected. Mine has got lower since starting Armour, still not down to the ideal value, but hopefully it will do once i get to my optimal dose > > > > > > > > > > Hi! > > The only symptom I get from redistribution of mercury is high > > bloodpressure. > > The only symptom I get from die-off symptoms is high bloodpressure. > > The only symptom I get if I even try to take penicilline/antibiotics > > is high bloodpressure. > > The only symptom I got when I extracted a tooth is high bloodpressure. > > The thing is that the high-blodpressure get lower when I take > > antihistamine, zyrtec. > > Do any of you have the same problem?
