Maureen, tell that I told Tim about her and Ken and he was very concerned and sad that she did not get a liver. As for the prednisone, I have known Tim from a professional and personal setting and he is always very calm. So I had to laugh when he was impatient with not being healed already (3 whole days after surgery). Then I realized this is the affect of prednisone, I was always the one on Prednisone; I drove my parents and family nuts! Interesting to be on the other end and see the results of 60 mg/day of prednisone. regards, beth ann dalrymple liver tx 1/
Guest guest
Has Tim experienced the insomnia of the prednisone? was awake for almost three full days. During which, he kept repeating, " I just want to apologize, I just want to apologize. " We couldn't figure out who he wanted to apologize to. It turns out that was his horribly unusual reaction to Prograf. It was effecting the communication area of his brain. His surgeon assured me he wouldn't be apologizing forever! Everything eventually settled down, and it's funny now. I'm am so glad Tim is on the road to recovery. wife of UC & PSC 2000 J pouch 2004 TX 11-18-
