Thanks for letting us all know about Aunt n. I hope she feels 100% better tomorrow! I'm glad she made it through the surgery but I sure wish she wasn't in so much pain. I'll bet that banana split was good!love to all of you SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. We got home about 10 minutes ago. They kept Aunt n over night. She was in a LOT of pain for a couple of hours. She was really moaning etc. Her pain is still about a 7. They gave her Zofran in IV for nausea. They did give her something in the IV for pain. I think the nurse said it was Morphine. He took the gall bladder and there was a stone in the duct so he got that. She never could have come here and even tried to make it up the ramp and I know if she would have had to go to the bathroom she would try it on her own so she is better there. She should be home tomorrow. We are beat and just about ready for bed. Its been a long day but I am so thankful she came through it ok. The anesthesiologist (sp) came in late this afternoon to check on her. He knelt by her bed and told her he wanted to hear more about her poems sometime. He said you can come visit, no, he said we will take them to park by the river and you can read them to me. I wish

everyone could have drs, nurses, like we have at the hospital. When the surgeon saw her the other day he was holding her hand. He has a wonderful bedside manner. When we went to leave I had gotten the wheelchair for Chuck cause his leg was bother him so I left him at the door and went for the car. The valet girl brought him around to the drivers side, made sure he was in then before I could get to my door she had it open for me. We stopped for a bananna split on the way home :-)Hugsnne------------------------------------

Glad everything went well! Hopefully the hospital will be able to manage her pain! And glad to hear about the great staff at the hospital – everyone should have it, that's right!love/Reb>> We got home about 10 minutes ago. They kept Aunt n over night. What a day for you and Chuck, nne. You both must be exhausted!I'm sorry Aunt n was in pain, but it sounds like they attended to her quite nicely. How sweet for the hospital to come around with the wheelchair for Chuck and deliver him to the car. A banana split is always a nice treat after a long day! :oDI'm glad the surgery is over and done with, now she'll just heal.love, KateTo: MSersLife Sent: Tue, March 1, 2011 10:02:07 PMSubject: We're home

believe it or not there are more good people out there - I have worked with them at Hospice and the nursing home - our Director of Nurses was 5' 2" - god help the person that did not do right by her residents - in was only once or twice I had to put a memo on her desk for staff mistakes - the ADON was 5' 10" in her stocking feet - she was a hoot - I was trying to get a male resident dressed one morning - the one who kept flirting with me - we had state in for an inspection - I stuck my head out and a was the closedst - I looked a bit stressed - I got out la could I see you a minute - they two of us got him dressed in 5 minutes

God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.
