" TK--- because you get distribution symptoms when exercising does not

mean you are getting rid of Hg, it only means you are moving it

around. "

Why would I be moving it since amalgam removal and not before? At least it

didn't seem like I was moving it before...

Thanks,

Olif

Olif, I can share some personal experience on this. For many years

leading up to amalgam removal, I was running 45 minutes every other

day, and to what extent I could otherwise draw a sweat, I did, because

I was retaining tremendous amounts of fluids, getting migraines,

couldn't sweat normally, etc., and hard sweats prevented migraines &

some other symptoms. From reading Andy's books (and I think that's

the correct source - possibly the one on Hair Analysis), it's thought

nickel and some of the other metals are readily excreted in sweat, but

mercury was less likely. If exercise was keeping metals stirred up,

it was allowing more mercury to enter my brain as it also increased

blood flow significantly, and there is no question this is the area

that was gradually being hit the hardest in my situation.

I have slowed my pace...but eventually I had no choice anyway.

Exercise can be hell on fatigued adrenals. Exercise might feel good while

you're doing it, but

you experience a crash afterwards. Don't. want. to. do. anything. type of

crash.
