Guest guest
Below is the Gluten Free Donute Recipe I got this off of the internet. It says that you are supposed to use the Babycakes Donut Maker which I didn't do. I used donut baking molds that I bought at Bed Bath and Beyond. They were $11 each but I prefer this method vs. a Donut Maker. 1 and 1/2 cups GF Pancake Mix (Bob's Red Mill) -I bought at Tunies 1 and 1/4 cups water 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil 1 Egg 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1. Combine all ingredients well to make donut batter 2. Pour Batter into donut molds and cook unitl toothpick comes out clean about 5 to 7 minutes 3. Cool Donuts on a wire rack and top with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar or icing of your choice Be sure donut maker is completely preheated Cook time is per batch For mine, I baked for seven minutes, then I turned the donut trays and baked for another 7 or 8 minutes until they got to be a golden color. I used a frosting mix I found in a gf recipe book with Agave Nectar and Rice Milk and put some gf sprinkes on top. Be sure to spray the donut trays with cooking spray or some oil before pouring batter in. Enjoy!!
