Guest guest
Ca/Mg of 42.7 says big problem with blood sugar regulation. That would be important to address. Low glycemic diet. You can get sulfate from epsom salts (baths or cream). You need a lot more supplements than you have mentioned and higher doses. Vit C, omega-3s, lots more magnesium, others. I wonder what type of arthritis you have - I think worth getting a good diagnosis. -- > > Could the hair test experts please have a look at my hair analysis. > Dean has put it up for me. > http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/files/hairtest_80.pdf > > I have both of andy's books but would appreciate your comments. > I had 10 amalgams for at least 25 years at the time of this hair test. > > My observations for the toxic elements; > - Transport does not appear to be deranged. > - Copper level = OK > - All is still in the green. > > Almost all of the raised toxic elements could possibly be retained > because of murcury (acc. to HTA). > Thats a good sign then as i am able to chelate them out. > > My observations for the essential elements; > - Calcium yellow high. Guest guest
/ anyone I wonder if you could explain WHY a high ratio of Ca/Mg means blood sugar regulation. In a hair analysis I had done two years ago I had a ratio of 55.15, and sure enough I have huge problems with blood sugar. What I would love to know is why having so much calcium floating around in the body causes blood sugar problems? Is it because it stops the insulin from working properly? I take lots of magnesium to antagonise the calcium, chromium picolinate, eat low GI, and have just started taking Vitamin K and Vitamin D to help absorption of calcium. In a recent urine test my level of calcium was more than two times as high as it should be. How does mercury cause this? This is my biggest mercury problem - well, along with the chronic fatigue, shot adrenals and hypothyroidism. thanks for any input Nicola > > Ca/Mg of 42.7 says big problem with blood sugar regulation. > That would be important to address. I dont have problems with high glycemic foods like being tired shortly after a meal. Yes the ratio is out of balance but this i think is because ive only been taking magnesium and no calcium. > You can get sulfate from epsom salts (baths or cream). Yes. I have not done this because glucosamine works so well for me. I'm not sure about this sulfation issue though, its an hypothesis at this time. > You need a lot more supplements than you have mentioned > and higher doses. The hair test shows i am taking enough. > I wonder what type of arthritis you have - I think worth > getting a good diagnosis. > > -- I dont have an official diagnosis but i have mayor cracking of all joints and hear grinding in my neck if i dont supplement. My hay fever is also very bad right now. I thought it was the flew but i took something for hay fever and its working. I have never had it as bad as now. Lots of exposure the last weeks. It is definately making me tired.
