You can also use the " 3 temperatuers averaged " as a marker for correct

dosing with a pre-ovulation target of 98.6 average

I would say my daily average is good, about 37 (98.6) pre-ovulation and a bit

higher post-ovulation. It is basals that are fluctuating quite a bit, but maybe

that is normal...?

I don't feel too well yet, still hypo symptoms, but problems with fast heart

rate. I am weaning HC which I think don't need anymore. I am taking 62.5 Cynomel

andI don't really know if this is my right dose or I should take less or more.

I don't really know where I am yet, I had a " breckthrough " about two months ago

with a clear rise of temperatures, but since then I don't seem to find my

balance yet.... As you see still pretty lost.

up, but my daily average is pretty close to normal. I also notice the same

thing-wake up early, generally lower basal, sleep a little later and its usually

..4-.5 degrees higher. I sometimes take sleep aids that seem to lower basals, but

I feel better because I slept better-?

I'd suggest going to Dr. Rind's website and check out plotting temps at http://www.drrind.com/therapies/metabolic-temperature-graph Basically you wait 3 hours after you get up, then take another reading in 3 hours and another in 3 hours then get the average for the day. If you wake up at 6am, take your first temp at 9am, then noon, then 3pm. Averaging temps will show you how your adrenals and thyroid is doing. I use www.medhelp.org to track my average temps daily and it graphs out everything for you, handy little tool;-)<<Lately I am noticing my basal temps change quite a lot depending of the hour I wake up (I believe this is a generally accepted fact). Since I am feeling generally better I am waking up a little earlier lately and then my basals are lower. Sometimes I have to wake up very early because of my work (and usually this means little sleep) and then my basals are very low.Since I am trying to optimize T3 dose after clearance, this confuses me quite a bit because I wonder: which "hour" will give the best reading to use as a reference for optimizing T3 dose? Thanks,>> Kem in Eugene <º)))><
