Ellen,The paperwork is impossible. But everyone, APD included, is feeling their way here because it's new for us all. Personally, I think the paperwork is going to get kicked back a few times anyway, no matter what. Did your consultant attend the consultant training? By the way, I watched the training up at APD, and we had no sound either for most of the webinar, until someone came in and told us that the phone-in line had been changed at the last minute. Did you receive this paperwork in the mail by APD? I have yet to hear about my daughter being under CDC instead of I-Budget, someone made a mistake! Is my daughter's support coordinator suppose to help me with this? If not, then who?

Hi ,Yes, your support coordinator should be handling this, or at the very least helping you through it. It's my understanding that iBudget at this point is strictly voluntary for Broward County. Paperwork for accessing PCA services directly from the State Medicaid Plan (that is, eQ, the gatekeeper) can be found at the following link:

Is your daughter under 21 and on CDC? You should have received notice a while

again about the webnars.
