You can call them to see if they received and perhaps they can estimate when you will get results. --

Guest guest
So the April discount for the hair test tipped the scale in favor of starting with that test first. Today I received my results... which is a couple of weeks sooner than I was expecting so I don't have the Hair Test Interpretation book yet. :-( I looked at the How_to_Hair_Test page on Moira's site and it looks like I meet two rules. But I haven't found anything yet that helps me make sense of the Ratio information. Anyway, I've put the pdf up and I'd appreciate any other comments and/or observations. The link is http://is-svcs.com/yankeeExile/HairtestResults.pdf To recap my situation: I am disabled, have severe chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, numerous psych diagnoses (depression, social anxiety, etc), chemical sensitivities, trouble sleeping, as well as the usual low energy, memory loss, hearing loss, sometimes speech problems (you know, the what is the word for that? stuff that so many of us have). I had all of my amalgams/crowns removed in 2005. I tried a homeopathic chelation protocol (which included cilantro) 2 weeks after the last removal and that made things very, very much worse so I stopped and didn't do anything more. Now I've read Andy's book and am preparing to follow his protocol. I was not taking much of anything for supplements when the hair sample was taken. I don't have treated hair, or smoke (or live with smokers), use organic toiletries, etc. Thanks,

But I haven't found anything yet that helps me > make sense of the Ratio information. Yep, I count two rules met. You have a big adrenal sign with Na and K high and Ca and Mg low - this means you are making way too much adrenaline and not enough cortisol. The Na/Mg ratio is very high, and also indicates too much adrenaline being made. You should avoid tyrosine and phenylalanine or anything that contains them. K/Ca is also high and may indicate a thyroid problem - blood tests will tell you more. Red low magnesium with deranged mineral transport means you should take magnesium and taurine. Make sure you are taking zinc. Undetectable lithium suggests you may benefit from a supplement of lithium orotate or aspartate. A dose of 5 mg is typical. The lead level is in the low yellow, but you may have more than that - DMSA is the best chelator for you. You'll need to add ALA, when you are ready for it, to get mercury out of the brain. > Anyway, I've put the pdf up and I'd appreciate any other comments > and/or observations. > > The link is http://is-svcs.com/yankeeExile/HairtestResults.pdf > > To recap my situation: > > I am disabled, have severe chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, > diabetes, numerous psych diagnoses (depression, social anxiety, etc), > chemical sensitivities, trouble sleeping, as well as the usual low > energy, memory loss, hearing loss, sometimes speech problems (you Adrenal and thyroid support will help with a bunch of this. > know, the what is the word for that? stuff that so many of us have). For this, I keep a dictionary handy. > I had all of my amalgams/crowns removed in 2005.
