Your right though that the yogurt contains lots of good bacteria. You can check out the article at www.healingcrow.com. It's Seth's other site and he and Elaine did some stuff together. Katy I recall that the yogurt contains much more probiotic bacteria than the supplements, and that Elaine felt additional probiotics were not necessary if someone was eating enough yogurt. The supplements have "billions" but the yogurt has "trillions", so it should be more than sufficient. Probiotics are added for those who do not take the yogurt, and some people take additional ones if they want to.
