That's definitely the same thing that happens here, except its with my kids (teenagers).  " mom....mom......mom.... " , " mmmm, yes? " Tina

 

Distractibility is a hard one to deal with, isn't it?  My little 8 year old granddaughter was trying to tell me something this morning and had to keep saying " Gramma! " to focus my attention back on her.  My son gets irritated with me when he is trying to talk to me because I am so easily distracted.  That's one reason I don't drive any longer.
