Guest guest
Hello, I recently had the 96 food panel blood test again because I was having a recurrence of headaches, weight gain, sleeplessness, etc... My TTG though showed that I have been gluten free, so that was good. I never know with all the traveling we do if I am getting contaminated. Well, according to the IgG test, I'm reacting to about 48 foods besides gluten! I don't know how much credence to place on this test. My diet is already so limited. Now things like bananas, pineapple, broccoli, fish, tomato, vanilla, casein, lettuce, green beans, limas, etc... I'm going to have to exclude as well?? Have any of you ever had this test? How did you manage? What do you think about this test? I had this test done a year ago and some of the foods are totally different this time around than last year. Some remain though I don't eat them very often, like broccoli. Since I can't have the lettuce family, it makes it REALLY hard while traveling to not be able to at least order a salad being assured that I'm having a gluten free meal. And I run the risk of reacting to spinach because it's about the only green I can have. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks for any help, Betty
