It's really easy to make. There's a recipe in BTVC and other places. Just take legal tomato juice and put some spices in - onion powder, bay leaf, oregano, etc..and some honey. Reduce it down over several hours to thicken it up. Tastes pretty good.

Keep in mind that your onion powder shoulder be homemade as most onion

powders have fillers added.

We have had a letter from Penzey's confirming that their onion and garlic

powders are legal. I just have to find it and add it to our library.
