Guest guest
It's really easy to make. There's a recipe in BTVC and other places. Just take legal tomato juice and put some spices in - onion powder, bay leaf, oregano, etc..and some honey. Reduce it down over several hours to thicken it up. Tastes pretty good. nomato> > > I am new to the SCD and was wondering if anyone has trued the nomato Ketchup and if the ingrediant are okay for the SCD. We have had a letter from Penzey's confirming that their onion and garlic powders are legal. I just have to find it and add it to our library. <g> — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
