Guest guest
Nick I noticed on your web-page for dosing that your last daytime dose is at 4pm. Do you recommend not going any later in afternoon than 4pm? I just switched from a compounded t3 troche (118mcg) to Cytomel. Didn't think troche was working so I wanted to try someething different. Yesterday was my first day and I dosed 12.5 mcg every three hours (6am,9am,12am,300,6pm,bt)=75mcg Val suggested I go a little lower on Cytomel because it was probably stronger than the compounded. Does this schedule look ok or is there a more optimal way of dosing. For example would it be better to take a larger amount in am? Thanks for your time, S
