HC......I will go get another one, a new thing of cream st 1%.. do I

use it as like a stress dose, or just add 1/4 tsp of cream when I take

my 5mg pill at 4pm... I had no idea about the cream, I learn something

COunt it as part of your dosign schedule and just add the extra in where

you feel you need it most. Just be careful that 1/4 tsp is easy to get

too free with! You may get more HC than you are bargaining for.
