Advice needed re: bile duct cancer

Hi, I've been monitoring this group for a while as my dad was diagnosed

with PSC approx. 8 months ago. Yesterday he was told that he has a

tumour in his bile duct that has spread to the right anterior portal

vein and that neither a transplant or resection would be possible. We

feel really helpless, as though we have been written off and have no

hope. We are based in London, I know that many of you are based in

America, so I wondered if there are any options that we may not know

about?

This is a terrible time and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
