TK--- can be both or either

I've heard others say

> they felt yucky and draggy during rounds and TK and others have

> said it's a sign to just lower dose, not necessarily meaning that

> redistribution has happened.

TK--- you need to read individual posts to others very carefully as

things can be taken out of context easily when communicating this way

and you try to apply them to yourself.

Can others weigh in on blurry vision

> and other unpleasant side effects as evidence more mercury is

> moving

TK-- vision disturbances are common during chelation. my right eye

used to hurt all the time at first and vision is still disturbed

during rounds.

out of my brain and cells (good)

TK--- not necessarily out of your brain, you can't assume this

especially using R-ALA and the way you are using it. The side

effects are from redistribution back into your brain and body

tissues. Using ALA [chelators] improperly lets Hg into your brain if

done incorrectly.

on the way out just getting

> some dropped (unavoidable)

TK--- happens on every round

vs. a lot got dropped due to using

> R-lipoic acid or dose timing

TK--- most likely do to R-ALA and poor timing of dosages - your dose

timing is not correct, please review the timing in the files

section. you can not go from 2 hr to 4 hr unless you want to

redistribute [a lot] of Hg causing further damage and side effects

making you sicker. 1hr past the normal dosage time is all that is

allowed before you need to stop the round so you can only go to 3hr

for the night dose if you are dosing every 2hr during the day.

(irregular but mostly 2 hrs day/3hrs

> night) which is avoidable and undesireable?

TK--- undesirable and avoidable if you follow the protocol and use

regular ALA. you can decide to use R-AlA if you wish but it is not

recommended and not part of the protocol.
