Guest guest
Could the hair test experts please have a look at my hair analysis. Dean has put it up for me. http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/files/hairtest_80.pdf I have both of andy's books but would appreciate your comments. I had 10 amalgams for at least 25 years at the time of this hair test. My observations for the toxic elements; - Transport does not appear to be deranged. - Copper level = OK - All is still in the green. Almost all of the raised toxic elements could possibly be retained because of murcury (acc. to HTA). Thats a good sign then as i am able to chelate them out. My observations for the essential elements; - Calcium yellow high. (body stores are then yellow low) calcium loss or maybe excess calcium possibly? - Magnesium is green low (body stores green high) I have been supplementing magnesium. - Zink is green high but i'm pretty sure it was low at the time of the test. I was not taking it for a few weeks and i noticed i felt better as soon as i took it again. This was a new brand though with calcium as well... Also lines on my nails became visable a while after that " dip " - Selenium is green low. I eat alot of Brazil nuts which have high selenium + extra supplements otherwise it might have been lower. - Cobalt is red low but i cant find any info if this is bad or not. - Zirconium yellow high (also probably from mercury) My problems are arthritis like symptoms and overall weakness/low energy and extreme hay fever at times. Also stiff muscles. All have improved by changing diet and supplementation but still room for improvement. At the time of the " hair test growing " i was taking; -low dosage ZINK, -low dosage Selenium, -Magnesium 200-300mg / day. -Melatomine 1.5 -3 mg (helped alot with joints, i did not really have sleeping problems) -Some glucosamine sulfate for joints, this really helps alot. Right now i'm looking into lack of my body being able to make enough sulfer as people who dont have enough have to have enough sulfer in their diet. Andy doesnt reccomend but i dont have any problems with it. I have added B25 and iodine since then but that doesnt really help alot. Ratio's not sure about what i can see here. All fillings are out a few weeks now. I'm planning to take DMSA for the first time in a week or so and see what happens... Thanks, Collin
