Guest guest
Tasha, I think it doesn't have to be glass, but recently I bought a 2 quart glass measuring bowl (Anchor Hocking) and it works very well because it's a very heavy glass and the weight and thickness help maintain a steady temperature on a heating pad. http://www.amazon.com/Anchor-Hocking-2-Quart-Batter-Plastic/dp/B0000CFQ5C Phyllis CD I apologize if I missed a response to this question, but after coming back from a few days gone had hundreds of emails which was just too much to read through. I am going to try yogurt again, had to stop some time ago as it was causing too much mucus. Is it okay to make it in a metal/aluminum (I think) pot or does it need to be glass? I am going to use the heating pad method. Thanks! Tasha
