I forgot to answer this. I haven't been religious about taking my temps, so I am not positive. It seems, though, that my temperatures are always consistent, even though my cortisol is low. My temps used to consistently be low (probably hypothyroid). Since I tried iodine, my temps are normal and still consistent, except I am not taking it several times throughout the day.
