Guest guest
Hi is: yes, your Adrenal group status is indeed " bouncing " . Here's info on that and how to fix it: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/original/members/email/email-45.html I'm very glad the links I posted were helpful to you. I am sorry, but I don't know about the burning skin/HC issue. I found all the same posts you did...burning skin usually means HIGH cortisol. The only other causes of burning skin than I am familiar with are b12 deficiency and taking niacin. You mentioned that you " overheat " . I can't remember - have you had your aldosterone tested? I don't know if there's any connection, but heat intolerance is a symptom of low aldosterone. I hope you can fix your adrenals membership, and post this question there, they know a great deal more about HC than I do. (And they know more about aldosterone, too!) > > > > > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/43482 > > > > > > ok, i found a post from val answering someone in a similar situation as me as far as what their iron labs looked like... but i just want to ask if my serum iron and %saturation are pitifully low or just on the low side?? and since my binding capacity is on the low side, val, how much of an iron dose do you recommend i start back on? > > > > > > i have the blue bonnet iron, and i also have lactoferrin and dessicated beef liver... i think i am going to try a combination of the three, any specific recommendations from anyone? > > > > > > > > > thanks all!!!! > > > > > >

Guest guest
it is the weirdest thing... i raised my hc back up to where it was... back to 25mg, and the burning/sensitive skin at night went away... and my breakouts i was getting on my face and chest are clearing. i dont want to say it fixed things, because usually the minute i make a definitive statement like that, then it changes, usually for the worse, lol. i did just have a hot flash about 10 min ago, so maybe that is estrogen related, i dont know anymore, so many things, lol, but i just wanted to post that little followup. > > > > > > > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/43482 > > > > > > > > ok, i found a post from val answering someone in a similar situation as me as far as what their iron labs looked like... but i just want to ask if my serum iron and %saturation are pitifully low or just on the low side?? and since my binding capacity is on the low side, val, how much of an iron dose do you recommend i start back on? > > > > > > > > i have the blue bonnet iron, and i also have lactoferrin and dessicated beef liver... i think i am going to try a combination of the three, any specific recommendations from anyone? > > > > > > > > > > > > thanks all!!!! > > > > > > > > > >
