Guest guest
>>Margery, maybe you can tell a little about yourself... I learned about RT3 from ; I had an RT3 ratio of 13.9 back in September 2009, and by switching to T3-only from NT, cleared it up by January 2010. I used the protocol advises and relied heavily on Nick's website: http://thyroid-rt3.com/ I am one of those people for whom Armour thyroid worked like a miracle. At first. I felt 20 years younger and was losing 3 pounds a week with no change in diet. Then nine weeks later, it completely stopped working, and I was back to KILLER exhaustion 24/7, along with lots of other classic hypo problems (the weight! the aches & pains!). While I have made excellent RT3 progress, I am still dealing with other health issues, many of which, I believe, are related to too many years of too high RT3. I am still learning about, and working on, my health.
