Before I went on the Armour, I had an adrenal reaction to the amino

acids (BioBuilde and EnduraPak) and megadoses of B12/folate combo

(sublingual). I don't really understand it, but apparently he does. He

had me start slower and build up on those and this has helped. He's

trying to build up my body's capacity to respond. It seems to be an

innovative approach.

actually, there's a paper that pertains to it here:

http://www.defeatautismyesterday.com/vinitsky.htm

the article is linked at 'Click here for Dr. Vinitsky's paper', but I

thought this post was relevant as well

If I don't do better with this (i'm already making some progress),

further tests will be done. I'm on the Armour now, though only up to

1/2 grain per day, but no adrenal problems.

so, my low plasma homocysteine (4.5 umol/L) doesn't relate to this?

I had a lot of tests done, and this was on it, but no plain cysteine.

Got it. Many thanks.
