Guest guest
Dedrie, Good...I was worried about you. But you still need to get those copies of your lab reports and make sure the proper tests were done before much more time passes. It has been know to happen, that some doctors that want to push RAI do not do the proper tests before anti thyroid drugs. Then they do them later without the proper baseline readings, and can then try to 'prove' to you that the drugs are killing you. As long as YOU know ahead of time what is going on, this trick can not be played on you. There is BIG money in RAI, and quite honestly, you do not have an on going relationship with this doctor, so you have no way of knowing if he is really experienced in using ATDs properly. It is just one of those 'better safe than sorry' things. -Pam L-

Guest guest
Pam I thank you so much for your concern... My question to you now is...what tests should I be looking for? I am going tomorrow to pick up my results so far. Thanks again.
