It was a rough road the first few months and then things got better. He was doing well until he got mono at the end of Feb. which landed him in the hospital. He is still recuperating and slowly getting back on his feet.Anyway, it would be great if you could share with us the things you do that you think helps your PSC to stay under control.Do you follow any particular diet? Which meds or supplements do you take? Do you meditate or do yoga, exercise orget regular massages? You get the idea, you must be doing something right !!!All of us hope that our loved ones can follow a path like yours.Lee mother of Bill 24 PSC/UC/JpouchTammy,Well I've had the disease (PSC) for 22 years and have had one itching episode when I was first diagnosed, three or four blood in stool and immediate chills and then sweating episodes and that is it.
