Not real crazy about the flavor and not sure what is in it. Just looking for ideas because I want to do serious grilling this summer. In summer, we've grilled on a gas grill and on charcoal. I wouldn't recommend eating all your food grilled, but it sure makes a nice change of pace! I'm not sure what you mean by " the bags you light, " but if you don't like the taste, there's no point in using them, no matter how fast they are. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
Guest guest
We use lump charcoal for grilling. I have read that charcoal briquettes usually contain starch so I thought it was safest to avoid them. Lump charcoal may cost a bit more but it burns very cleanly so you typically use less. Have fun grilling, Amy > > Anyone grilling outdoors with charcoal or anything other than electric? > > We got a small grill for outdoors and tried the bags you light because they > are fast.
